Vectors again~ 
I actually did this a couple weeks ago as a collaboration project I'm doing with some friends from school. X3 Can't say what the project is, since we haven't officially started, but fashion design does have something to do with it! So I designed clothes. X3
Anyway, I just finished it today~ I wasn't sure on what to do with background before. I may collaborate with my friends on this later and have another variation.

Done in Illustrator 9.02
Touch ups in photoshop 6.0
